Accounts
Users must provide accurate signup information and keep account access secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Transactional SMS consent
TOVIS collects separate consent during signup for transactional SMS messages related to account verification and appointment updates.
TOVIS uses SMS only for transactional messages related to your account and appointments. Messages may include account verification codes, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, reschedules, and cancellations. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. TOVIS does not send marketing or promotional SMS.
No marketing SMS
TOVIS sends transactional messages only. Marketing or promotional SMS is not part of this product.
